Wednesday, October 22nd is National Unity day.  Unity day is a day where we promote positive actions and wear bright orange. It is a day where you unite against bullying and stand up for what is right.

The candidate form for NJHS is now "live" and can be accessed under "Our School" and then click on "National Junior Honor Society." Please remember all candidate forms are due Wednesday, October 29th.

Attention 6th graders:  Any 6th grader who interested in joining Mrs. Galante's "Keeping Everything in Balance" club - A fun, interactive club that includes activities to promote a positive healthy self-image, stress relief,and relaxation please stop in the counseling office for an information sheet.
The club will be held on Tuesdays from 3:00 - 4:00

Students, please remember breakfast opens daily at 8:15 via the front door.  We encourage you to come in at that time to eat, and then go back outside if you wish.

8th Grade Washington DC trip Learn More
8TH  Grade students interested in participating in the Chiavetta's Chicken Dinner Sale should see Mr. Davies in room 321 to get tickets. Mr. Murphy will also have tickets in room 338.   All money is due to Mr. Davies by Thursday, October 30th.  There are a limited number of paid positions available for working the dinner on November 5th.  See Mr. Murphy in room 338 for details.

Attention faculty and students: a representative from PTA will be available in the student CAFETERIA FROM 3-4 pm on Wednesday Oct 22nd for memorabilia pick up.  If you placed an order, please come and pick it up during those times.  If it is not picked up it will be available for pick up at the next PTA meeting Nov 6th from 7:30-8:00 pm

The Boys Soccer team dominated Lewport Middle school 3-0 to improve their record to 8-1 and move into first place overall. Adam Sliwa scored 2 goals and Michael Barker Scored the other goal. Jacob Mclaughlin and Val Mawi had one assist each, and Matt Rouin recorded the shutout. The boys will play its last game of the season at Hoover Middle School Thursday at 4pm.

The Boys Volleyball team beat Franklin yesterday to end a great season.  Branden Szabo, AJ Walker, Chris Falzone, Eric Nicotera, and Jimmy Santowski all had standout performances.  Mandatory end-of-the-year meeting today in room 312 at 4 pm today for all players.
