{noodletool} Directions for NoodleTools

The online tool that creates the PERFECT Works Cited citation.

Click on http://www.noodletools.com/login.php?group=3136&code=1638

Enter your own personal ID and password and click on “Log in”

Click on “NoodleBib MLA Starter”

* To start a new Works Cited:

1. Click on “Start New List” (in top left corner)

2. Name the list and then click on “Start Adding Citations”

3. At top and then click “Go” Choose “Print” or “Online” then “Next” Answer questions on source and click “Next” on each screen Enter citation information and then click on “Check for Errors” (on bottom in middle) Make necessary corrections and then click on “Update Citation” To add a second citation, select another citation type from thedropdown list above, click the “Go” button

4. Choose "Print" or "Online" then "Next"

5. Answer questions on source and click "Next" on each screen

6. Enter citation information and then click on "Check for Errors" (on bottom in middle)

7. Make necessary corrections and then click on "Update Citation"

8. To add 2nd citation, select another citation type from the dropdown list above, click on "Open in Word"9. On left under “Options” click on “Open in Word” 10. Click on the “W” under print list 11.  On second line click on "Click Here" - click open12. Save in your Network folder:            "File"            "Save As" - Make sure it is your drive              Name the file ( on the bottom of window) 13.  Open file from your drive and add your name   dropdown list above, click the "Go" button

9.  On left under "Options" click on "Open in Word"

10.  Click on the "W" under print list

11. On second line click on "Click Here" - click open

12. Save in your Network folder:

         "File"

         "Save As" - make sure it is your drive

          Name the file (on bottom of window)

13. Open file from your drive and add your name
