PROPHASE

Nuclear Membrane & Nucleolus dissolve; chromatids are linked by the centromere.

 METAPHASE
Chromatids Line up at the cell's equator.

ANAPHASE
Spindle Fibers attached to the chomatids begin to pull chromosmes apart.

TELEOPHASE
Chromatids move to opposite poles and the cytoplasm
